14" Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza
I love to come here for pizza no matter which one I get it's always delicious. Love the lasagna and the fried mushroom appetizer is a must have each time as well. Always excellent service in a great atmosphere.
Lasagna and Spaghetti Monday Special
Back home after 14 years away. Still great food. Portion size was very filling and price allowed us to afford the gasoline to drive there :)
Veal Parmigiana
I truly enjoyed feasting on the veal parmigiana! The veal was tender and juicy, smothered in a rich, robust tomato sauce, topped with just the right amount of cheese! The entre was served with a generous helping of spaghetti and a crisp and tasty side salad! A Poggio Basso Chianti paired perfectly with my satisfying meal! We felt welcomed and valued as customers. The owner came and checked on our party of four as we dined. I highly recommend eating at Pernicanos!
Breaded Shrimp Sicilian
Absolutely delicious! Huge, lightly breaded shrimp, cooked in a garlic butter sauce, served with salad and a side of manicotti. And, for dessert, fresh, homemade cannoli. Best meal I have had in a restaurant in such a long time - probably since the last time I was there!
14" Pepperoni Pizza
I live in Carmel Mountain but met with some friends at the El Cajon location. I ordered the Pepperoni Pizza & it was phenomenal! To be honest I tried the one in Scripps Ranch & it was not at all the same pizza. I drive to El Cajon to get this pizza because its just the best. I think its the cheese. I don't see sauce on it so if there is its very little but the flavor was amazing. Must try!
Chicken Marsala
I grew up in El Cajon and remember going to Pernicano's with my family. I haven't been there for probably 20 years but finally took my husband and....... The Chicken Marsela was the best!!!! It was tender and the sauce, the sauce (yes I have to say it twice) was amazing. My husband loves Lasagna and that is what he ordered. He actually said it was the best he has had hands down. I am telling everyone I know to head over to Main Street and visit the best Italian Restaurant anywhere.
14" White Pizza
I love Pernicano's!!! The white pizza and stuffed mushrooms are my absolute FAVORITES!!!! The staff is always the BEST!!!! The history of the family is displayed BEAUTIFULLY!! Much respect and love for this FAMILY always!!!!
Full Order of Rigatoni with Mushroom Sauce
This dish is one of the most delicious meals I have ever had! The sauce is filled with a huge amount of whole mushrooms that are covered in the most perfectly seasoned tomato sauce. The sauce melts together with the perfectly cooked rigatoni and creates a masterpiece! To top it all off they bring you hot homemade rolls and a delicious side salad! If you are looking for a very flavorful and satisfying meal, look no further! We love Pernicanos!

Amazing! Hit the spot! Great food and great service you can't go wrong at pericanos.
14" Works Pizza
Awesome pizza combination. The onions and mushrooms were perfectly cooked and went great with the pepperoni. The pizza smelled so good in the car we couldn't wait to get home.
